tudorvale.ventures is operated by Tudorvale Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10748925), trading as Tudorvale Advisory. What this site does not collect

This site runs no analytics, sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and uses no consent banners because there is nothing to consent to. Fonts are served from our own domain, not a third party.

The personal data we do collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect what you give us: your name, company, email address and the description of your situation. The form sends this to us as an email; nothing is stored in a database. Our systems process IP addresses transiently for abuse protection on the form, without keeping a log tied to your identity.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use enquiry details to assess fit and respond, and to keep a record of our correspondence. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, or steps taken prior to a contract where your enquiry concerns becoming a client. Enquiries are treated confidentially, as the contact page states. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or marketing lists.

Who processes it for us

Vercel hosts the site. Resend delivers the enquiry email. Microsoft hosts our business mailboxes. Each acts as a processor under its own data processing terms. Some providers are US-based; transfers rely on the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Client work

Personal data handled inside an advisory engagement, including anything in the client portal at portal.tudorvale.com, is governed by the engagement terms and the portal's own notices, not by this page.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any engagement that follows, then deleted in the normal management of our mailboxes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and receive it in a portable format. Email info@tudorvale.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If how we handle personal data changes, this page changes with it, with the date above revised.
