This is not scarcity marketing. It is the operating model.

The advisory work is senior, involved and commercially sensitive. It requires enough time to think properly, challenge constructively and understand the client's business in detail.

If the current project capacity is full, suitable enquiries may be placed on a waiting list or referred elsewhere.
